Welcome!

This blog is a way for me to document everything I hold nearest to my heart. Family, food, exercise and of course, yoga. I am currently working toward completing my 200 hour certification through Yoga Alliance and will begin teaching a little more than part time in 2016. Yoga has (up until this point) been an extremely private practice for me, but I am putting myself out in the world and sharing my passion.
